How to Make Turtle Poke Cake
- Preheat your oven to 350°F and spray a 9×13-inch glass baking dish with baking spray.
- Mix the yellow cake mix, eggs, water, and canola oil in a large bowl for 2 minutes until smooth.
- Pour the batter into the prepared dish and bake for 35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Mix caramel sauce and sweetened condensed milk until smooth.
- Poke holes in the hot cake using a wooden spoon handle and pour caramel mixture over it.
- Let the cake cool at room temperature for at least 1 hour.
- Whip the chocolate fudge frosting for 1 minute until light and fluffy.
- Fold in the thawed Cool Whip until fully combined.
- Spread frosting over the cooled cake evenly.
- Drizzle caramel and chocolate sauce over the top and sprinkle with chopped pecans.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
