Method
 

Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) or heat a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Combine all meatball ingredients in a large bowl.

  4. Place the meatballs on a baking sheet or skillet and cook until golden, about 20-25 minutes.
  5. In a small saucepan, melt the butter and stir in the cranberry sauce, orange zest, and orange juice. Simmer until thickened.
  6. Coat the cooked meatballs in the cranberry glaze.
  7. Serve warm, garnished with extra cranberries or parsley if desired.
