How to Make Steak Cheese Quesadillas
  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat, reaching about 400°F.
  2. Spread the vegetable oil evenly across the grill's cooking surface.
  3. Add the diced skirt steak and onions in an even layer on the grill.
  4. Season with onion powder, salt, and pepper. Sauté until browned.
  5. Push the cooked steak and onion to one side of the grill, reducing temperature to medium.
  6. Layer the tortillas on the cleared area, add cheese, steak, and more cheese.
  7. Fold each tortilla in half and cook for 1-2 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes until evenly toasted.
  9. Remove from the grill, slice into wedges, and serve immediately.
