How to Make Steak Cheese Quesadillas
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat, reaching about 400°F.
- Spread the vegetable oil evenly across the grill's cooking surface.
- Add the diced skirt steak and onions in an even layer on the grill.
- Season with onion powder, salt, and pepper. Sauté until browned.
- Push the cooked steak and onion to one side of the grill, reducing temperature to medium.
- Layer the tortillas on the cleared area, add cheese, steak, and more cheese.
- Fold each tortilla in half and cook for 1-2 minutes until golden brown.
