How to Make Smoked Bacon Mac Cheeseburger Stuffed Pepper Bombs
  1. Preheat your smoker to 225°F (107°C).
  2. Prepare the bell peppers by cutting the tops off and removing the seeds.
  3. Cook the ground beef with the diced onions in a skillet over medium heat until browned—about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Mix in a large bowl all your filling ingredients: cooked macaroni, shredded cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and season with salt and pepper.
  5. Stuff the mixture into the bell peppers, pressing gently to pack it in. Top with breadcrumbs.
  6. Place the stuffed peppers in the smoker and let them smoke for 1 hour.
  7. Remove the peppers from the smoker and allow them to cool for a few minutes before serving.
