How to Make Smoked Bacon Mac Cheeseburger Stuffed Pepper Bombs
- Preheat your smoker to 225°F (107°C).
- Prepare the bell peppers by cutting the tops off and removing the seeds.
- Cook the ground beef with the diced onions in a skillet over medium heat until browned—about 5-7 minutes.
- Mix in a large bowl all your filling ingredients: cooked macaroni, shredded cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and season with salt and pepper.
- Stuff the mixture into the bell peppers, pressing gently to pack it in. Top with breadcrumbs.
- Place the stuffed peppers in the smoker and let them smoke for 1 hour.
- Remove the peppers from the smoker and allow them to cool for a few minutes before serving.
