  3. Sauté Onions: In the same skillet, add the butter and chopped onion. Sauté for 3 minutes until softened.
  4. Add Garlic: Toss in minced garlic and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  5. Combine Ingredients: Add cooked corn and smoked paprika, stirring well. Pour in the half-and-half and bring to a gentle simmer.
  6. Melt the Feta: Introduce 3 oz of crumbled feta into the mixture, stirring until it melts.
