Method

How to Make Savory Shrimp Crab Biscuit Melts
  1. In a mixing bowl, mix together the chopped shrimp, lump crab meat, shredded cheese, mayonnaise or cream cheese, garlic powder, chopped parsley, salt, and black pepper until you achieve a creamy seafood mixture.
  2. Flatten each biscuit round to about 4 to 5 inches in diameter. Scoop 1 to 2 tablespoons of the creamy seafood filling into the center of each round.
  3. Fold the edges of the biscuit round over the filling and pinch to seal, creating a delightful filled biscuit pocket.
  4. Place the stuffed biscuits seam-side down on a baking sheet. Brush the tops generously with melted butter for that golden, crispy finish.
  5. Pop them into a preheated oven at 375°F for 13 to 15 minutes, or until they are beautifully golden brown and fully puffed up.
  6. Allow the biscuits to rest for several minutes after baking to ensure the filling sets perfectly. Serve warm to indulge in delicious flavors!
