Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with cooking spray or butter.
- Cook the breakfast sausage in a large skillet over medium heat for about 5-7 minutes, breaking it apart as it browns. Drain excess grease and set aside.
- Spread the thawed hash browns evenly across the bottom of your greased baking dish.
- Layer the cooked sausage over the hash browns. Whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Pour over the sausage and hash browns, then top with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes until the eggs are set and the cheese is golden brown.
- Cool for about 5 minutes before slicing.
