  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • Salt To taste

  • 1/4 cup Fresh Parsley Chopped

How to Make Sausage and Sweet Potatoes with Honey Garlic Sauce
  1. Peel and cube the sweet potatoes into uniform pieces, about 1-inch cubes.
  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat for about 2 minutes.
  3. Add the sausage and cook for 5-7 minutes until it's beautifully browned.
  4. Stir in the cubed sweet potatoes, cooking for another 5 minutes.
  5. In a bowl, whisk together the honey, minced garlic, soy sauce, paprika, and season with salt and pepper.
  6. Pour the sauce over the sausage and sweet potato mixture.
  7. Cover the skillet and reduce heat to low. Let it simmer for about 10 minutes.
  8. Remove the skillet from heat, and sprinkle with fresh parsley.
