Ingredients
  

For the Cookie Dough
  • 1 cup Unsalted butter softened
  • 1 cup Light brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup Granulated sugar
  • 2 teaspoons Vanilla extract
  • 2 large Large eggs
  • 2 1/4 cups All-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon Kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon Baking soda
For the Add-ins
  • 1 cup Semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup White chocolate chips
  • 1 cup Holiday M&M’s candy
  • 1/4 cup Holiday jimmies

Method
 

How to Make Santa’s Cookies
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F. Line cookie sheets with parchment paper.
  2. Combine the softened butter and light and granulated sugars in a large mixing bowl. Beat for about 2 minutes until creamy.
  3. Add the eggs and vanilla extract to your mixture. Beat until well mixed.
  4. Incorporate the all-purpose flour, kosher salt, and baking soda. Mix JUST until combined.
  5. Fold in the semi-sweet chocolate chips, white chocolate chips, holiday M&M’s, and jimmies.
  6. Scoop the dough using a 2 Tablespoon cookie scoop onto the prepared baking sheets.
  7. Bake for 11-13 minutes, until edges are lightly browned.
  8. Cool the cookies on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
