Preparation

  4. Form small balls, about 1 inch in diameter, and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  5. Bake the salmon balls for 20-25 minutes, until golden brown and cooked through.
  6. Blend the avocado, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  7. Serve warm with the creamy avocado sauce.
