Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground pork sausage and softened cream cheese until smooth.
- Gently stir in the drained Rotel tomatoes and shredded cheddar cheese until evenly distributed.
- Gradually add the Bisquick baking mix, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Mix until thick and combined.
- Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place on the prepared baking sheet, spaced 1 inch apart.
- Bake for 22–25 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
