  • 1 cup Orange juice Fresh juice preferred

How to Make Quick Cranberry Sauce
  1. In a large saucepan, mix the granulated sugar, orange juice, and water. Stir well until the sugar has completely dissolved.
  2. Stir in the fresh cranberries, a small pinch of salt, the cinnamon stick, and the orange zest strip.
  3. Bring the mixture to a gentle simmer over medium heat, stirring frequently. Cook for about 10 minutes, or until the cranberries pop and start to soften.
  4. Remove the saucepan from heat and let the sauce cool for at least 30 minutes. Once it reaches room temperature, cover and refrigerate.
