How to Make Pulled Pork Mac & Cheese Wraps
- Cut the Tortilla: Place the tortilla on a plate or board and carefully cut a slit from the outside edge to the middle, ensuring not to go past the middle.
- Add Barbecue Sauce: Spread 1 tablespoon of barbecue sauce in the bottom left corner of the tortilla.
- Layer the Pulled Pork: Spread another tablespoon of barbecue sauce and top with 2 ounces of shredded pulled pork.
- Spoon in Macaroni and Cheese: Place 1/4 cup of cooked macaroni and cheese in the top right corner.
- Sprinkle the Cheese: Add half of the shredded triple cheddar cheese to the bottom right corner.
- Fold the Tortilla: Starting from the bottom left corner, fold the tortilla up and around the filling in a clockwise direction.
- Cook to Perfection: Cook in a panini press or a hot buttered skillet until golden brown and crispy on both sides, about 3-5 minutes.
- Serve and Enjoy: Cut each wrap in half and serve immediately.
