How to Make Prosciutto Wrapped Mozzarella Bites
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil.

- Prepare the prosciutto by gently separating the slices and laying them flat.

- Drain the mozzarella balls and remove any excess liquid.

- Cut the mozzarella balls in half if they’re large.

- Place one mozzarella ball in the center of each slice of prosciutto.

- Wrap the prosciutto around the mozzarella ball, ensuring it is fully enclosed.

- Continue wrapping all mozzarella balls in prosciutto slices.

- Heat the olive oil in a small skillet over medium heat until fragrant.

- Add the dried oregano, garlic powder, and black pepper to the olive oil, stirring for about 30 seconds.

- Brush the seasoned olive oil mixture over each prosciutto-wrapped mozzarella bite.

- Arrange the wrapped mozzarella bites on the prepared baking sheet, slightly spaced apart.

- Bake for 10 to 12 minutes until prosciutto is crispy and slightly golden.

- Cool the baking sheet for a few minutes before serving.

- Sprinkle chopped fresh basil on top before serving.

- Serve immediately and enjoy!
