  • 1 cup Crushed pineapple drained well
  • 1 cup Shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • ¼ cup Green onions finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
For the Coating
  • ½ cup Chopped pecans for rolling

Method
 

Instructions
  1. In a mixing bowl, blend the softened cream cheese, crushed pineapple, shredded cheddar cheese, green onions, garlic powder, and Worcestershire sauce until smooth and well combined.
  2. Using an electric mixer or a sturdy whisk, beat the mixture for about 2-3 minutes, ensuring all ingredients are thoroughly integrated and creamy.
  3. Gently fold in the finely chopped pecans, ensuring they’re evenly distributed throughout the mixture.
  4. Shape the cheese mixture into a round ball using your hands or a rubber spatula.
  5. Wrap the cheese ball tightly in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  6. Once chilled, unwrap the cheese ball and roll it in the additional chopped pecans.
  7. Place the finished cheese ball on a serving platter and serve with crackers or fresh-cut veggies.
