  • 270 grams Semi-Sweet Milk Chocolate Chips Melted

Method
 

How to Make Peanut Butter Oreo Truffles
  1. Prepare the Tray: Line a baking tray with wax or parchment paper.
  2. Crush the Oreos: Finely crush the 20 Double Stuf Oreos.
  3. Mix the Filling: Blend the softened cream cheese until smooth, then add the crushed Oreos.
  4. Form the Balls: Roll the Oreo mixture into approximately 24 even balls.
  5. Prepare the Peanut Butter Coating: Combine peanut butter, unsalted butter, and powdered sugar.
  6. Coat the Oreo Balls: Wrap a portion of the peanut butter mixture around each Oreo ball.
  7. Chill Again: Refrigerate the truffles for another 20-30 minutes.
  8. Melt the Chocolate: Melt the semi-sweet milk chocolate chips in a microwave.
  9. Dip in Chocolate: Dip each truffle into the melted chocolate.
  10. Set the Chocolate: Refrigerate the truffles once more until the chocolate is fully set.
