Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) to prepare for baking.
  2. Combine breadcrumbs, half of the grated Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a shallow dish.
  3. Whisk together the eggs and milk in a separate bowl until well blended.
  4. Place the flour in a third dish.
  5. Dredge each chicken breast in flour, shaking off the excess. Then, dip it in the egg mixture and finally coat it with the breadcrumb mixture.
  6. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook each coated chicken breast for about 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown.
  7. Transfer the browned chicken to a baking dish.
  8. Mix the remaining grated Parmesan cheese with shredded mozzarella and minced garlic in a bowl.
  9. Top each chicken breast with the cheese mixture and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the cheese is bubbling and golden.
