How to Make Oven-Baked Dumplings
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare your casserole dish.
- Mix the broth into your baking dish, then add the creamy peanut butter, minced garlic, soy sauce, and rice vinegar. Whisk gently until you achieve a mostly blended, smooth sauce—around 1-2 minutes will do.
- Arrange the frozen dumplings flat-side down in the sauce. Spoon a little extra sauce over each dumpling.
- Nestle the vibrant broccoli florets around the dumplings.
- Cover the dish snugly with a lid or foil and bake for 20 minutes.
- Uncover the dish after 20 minutes, gently stir the sauce, and let it thicken for another 5 minutes.
- Sprinkle with sliced green onions, chopped cilantro, sesame seeds, and chili crisp.
- Serve the Oven-Baked Dumplings straight from the dish.
