  • 1/2 cup Creamy peanut butter make it natural for the healthiest option
  • 3 tablespoons Soy sauce adds umami depth
  • 2 tablespoons Rice vinegar introduces a hint of acidity
  • 3 cloves Minced garlic don’t skimp on this!
For the Broccoli
  • 2 cups Broccoli florets packed with nutrients
For the Garnish
  • 1/4 cup Sliced green onions adds freshness
  • 1/4 cup Chopped fresh cilantro substitute parsley if needed
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame seeds toast them briefly for nuttiness
  • Chili crisp optional for spice

How to Make Oven-Baked Dumplings
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare your casserole dish.
  2. Mix the broth into your baking dish, then add the creamy peanut butter, minced garlic, soy sauce, and rice vinegar. Whisk gently until you achieve a mostly blended, smooth sauce—around 1-2 minutes will do.
  3. Arrange the frozen dumplings flat-side down in the sauce. Spoon a little extra sauce over each dumpling.
  4. Nestle the vibrant broccoli florets around the dumplings.
  5. Cover the dish snugly with a lid or foil and bake for 20 minutes.
  6. Uncover the dish after 20 minutes, gently stir the sauce, and let it thicken for another 5 minutes.
  7. Sprinkle with sliced green onions, chopped cilantro, sesame seeds, and chili crisp.
  8. Serve the Oven-Baked Dumplings straight from the dish.
