Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F.
  2. Prepare the onions by peeling them and cutting a hole in the top about 1-inch in diameter.
  3. Place pieces of the butter into the center of each onion.
  4. Melt the remaining tablespoon of butter in a small microwave-safe bowl. Mix in the chili onion crunch, minced garlic, paprika, Old Bay seasoning, Cajun seasoning, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  5. Pour the mixture evenly into the wells of each onion.
  6. Wrap each onion tightly in foil and place them in a baking dish.
  7. Bake the onions for 50-60 minutes, or until they're fork-tender.
  8. Unwrap the foil from the tops of the onions. If desired, add a little more melted butter and seasonings.
  9. Broil (optional) by setting the oven to broil and returning the onions for an additional 2-3 minutes.
