How to Make Olive Lovers’ Dream Dip
  1. In a food processor, mix together the green olives, feta cheese, cream cheese, olive oil, minced garlic, lemon zest, and lemon juice. Blend until smooth but slightly textured.
  2. Toss in the chopped roasted red pepper, dried oregano, chili flakes (if using), and freshly ground black pepper. Pulse 2-3 times to mix well while maintaining some chunks.
  3. Spoon the dip into a jar or bowl. Drizzle olive oil on top and garnish with the whole green olives.
  4. Allow the dip to chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes for flavors to meld.
  5. Serve alongside pita chips, crostini, or fresh raw vegetables.
