How to Make Olive Lovers’ Dream Dip
- In a food processor, mix together the green olives, feta cheese, cream cheese, olive oil, minced garlic, lemon zest, and lemon juice. Blend until smooth but slightly textured.
- Toss in the chopped roasted red pepper, dried oregano, chili flakes (if using), and freshly ground black pepper. Pulse 2-3 times to mix well while maintaining some chunks.
- Spoon the dip into a jar or bowl. Drizzle olive oil on top and garnish with the whole green olives.
- Allow the dip to chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes for flavors to meld.
- Serve alongside pita chips, crostini, or fresh raw vegetables.
