  • 1/2 cup confectioners’ sugar adds sweetness

For the Coating
  • 2 cups sweetened shredded coconut reserve 1/2 cup for coating

Method
 

Steps
  1. Beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy.

  4. Gently fold in 1.5 cups of shredded coconut, saving 1/2 cup for later.
  5. Shape mixture into 1-inch balls.
  6. Roll each ball in reserved shredded coconut.
  7. Place snowballs on a parchment-lined tray and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  8. Serve chilled.
