How to Make Mac Cheese Bacon Burger Rolls
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and add the ground beef. Season with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder, cooking until browned, about 6-8 minutes.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked macaroni, shredded cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, ketchup, and mustard. Fold in the cooked beef until everything is well mixed.
- Take a large flour tortilla and lay it flat. Add a generous portion of the mac & cheese beef mixture in the center and roll tightly like a burrito. Repeat with remaining tortillas.
- Brush each roll with melted butter. Heat your skillet again and cook the rolls for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Once crispy, slice the rolls in half and serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
