How to Make Loaded Chicken and Veggie Skillet
- In a large skillet, pour in the olive oil and heat it up over medium-high heat.
- Add the diced chicken to the skillet and season it generously with Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Let it cook for 5–7 minutes.
- Toss in the chopped bell pepper, sliced zucchini, and broccoli florets. Cook for another 5–7 minutes until veggies are crisp-tender.
- Stir in the minced garlic and halved cherry tomatoes. Cook for an additional 2–3 minutes.
- Remove the skillet from heat and sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the chicken and veggies. Toss gently.
- Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and serve warm.
