  • 2 cloves Garlic minced

  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper
For Finishing Touches
  • 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley chopped

How to Make Loaded Chicken and Veggie Skillet
  1. In a large skillet, pour in the olive oil and heat it up over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the diced chicken to the skillet and season it generously with Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Let it cook for 5–7 minutes.
  3. Toss in the chopped bell pepper, sliced zucchini, and broccoli florets. Cook for another 5–7 minutes until veggies are crisp-tender.
  4. Stir in the minced garlic and halved cherry tomatoes. Cook for an additional 2–3 minutes.
  5. Remove the skillet from heat and sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the chicken and veggies. Toss gently.
  6. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and serve warm.
