  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
For the Sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1 tablespoon hot sauce optional
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes optional
For Garnish
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley or sliced green onions

Cooking Steps
  1. Warm olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Sauté minced garlic for about 1 minute until fragrant and slightly golden.
  2. Add the cocktail sausages to the skillet and cook for 5 to 7 minutes, stirring occasionally until browned and heated through.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together honey, hot sauce, and soy sauce until well blended.
  4. Pour the sauce over the browned sausages in the skillet and stir gently to ensure every sausage is coated.
  5. Let the mixture simmer for 3 to 5 minutes, stirring occasionally until the sauce thickens slightly.
  6. Garnish with red pepper flakes and chopped parsley or green onions before serving.
