Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 400°F and prepare a sheet pan with parchment paper or nonstick spray.
- Arrange the sliced sausage, diced sweet potatoes, and broccoli florets on the prepared sheet pan in an even layer.
- Melt the unsalted butter in a small saucepan over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Stir in the honey, low-sodium soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, salt, and black pepper. Let it simmer for 2–3 minutes.
- Pour the honey garlic glaze over the sausage, sweet potatoes, and broccoli, and toss until everything is coated.
- Roast in the oven for 25–30 minutes, stirring halfway through, until sweet potatoes are fork-tender and sausage is browned.
- Garnish with freshly minced parsley before serving.
