  • 4 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1/3 cup Honey for sweetness
  • 3 tablespoons Low-sodium soy sauce for savory depth

Seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F and prepare a sheet pan with parchment paper or nonstick spray.
  2. Arrange the sliced sausage, diced sweet potatoes, and broccoli florets on the prepared sheet pan in an even layer.
  3. Melt the unsalted butter in a small saucepan over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Stir in the honey, low-sodium soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, salt, and black pepper. Let it simmer for 2–3 minutes.
  5. Pour the honey garlic glaze over the sausage, sweet potatoes, and broccoli, and toss until everything is coated.
  6. Roast in the oven for 25–30 minutes, stirring halfway through, until sweet potatoes are fork-tender and sausage is browned.
  7. Garnish with freshly minced parsley before serving.
