  6. Bake in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes.
  7. Cool the pastries on the tray for several minutes before transferring them to a wire rack.
  8. Whisk powdered sugar with lemon juice until smooth and glossy.
  9. Drizzle the lemon glaze over the cooled pastries before serving.
