How to Make Greek Yogurt Brownies
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F. Grease an 8x8-inch baking pan and line it with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, eggs, maple syrup, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  3. In a separate bowl, sift together the cocoa powder, almond flour (or oat flour), and salt.
  4. Gently fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture, stirring just until combined.
