How to Make Greek Yogurt Brownies
- Preheat your oven to 350°F. Grease an 8x8-inch baking pan and line it with parchment paper.
- In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, eggs, maple syrup, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
- In a separate bowl, sift together the cocoa powder, almond flour (or oat flour), and salt.
- Gently fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture, stirring just until combined.
- Stir in the dark chocolate chips and/or chopped nuts, if desired.
- Transfer the brownie batter to the prepared pan, smoothing the top evenly with a spatula.
- Place the pan in the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes.
- After baking, set the pan on a wire cooling rack to allow the brownies to cool completely.
- For the best results, refrigerate the brownies for at least 1 hour before slicing them into 12 squares.
