Ingredients
  

Base Mix
  • 2 cups Chex mix
  • 2 cups Popcorn
  • 2 cups Gluten-free pretzels
  • 0.5 cups Dry roasted peanuts Unsalted
Coating
  • 9 oz White chocolate Dairy-free if desired
  • 1 tablespoon Coconut oil
Festive Touch
  • 1 cup Christmas sprinkles For garnishing

Method
 

Making the Chow
  1. In a large mixing bowl, add 2 cups of Chex mix, 2 cups of popcorn, 2 cups of gluten-free pretzels, and 1/2 cup of dry roasted peanuts. Mix thoroughly to create a delightful base.
  2. Using your preferred method, melt 9 oz of white chocolate along with 1 tablespoon of coconut oil until smooth and glossy. Be careful not to burn the chocolate!
  3. Pour the melted white chocolate over your dry mix and gently stir until all pieces are coated.
  4. Fold in your Christmas sprinkles or any other fun add-ins.
  5. Spread the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet. Chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes until set.
  6. Once set, break the Gluten Free Reindeer Chow into pieces and serve. Enjoy!
