Making the Chow
- In a large mixing bowl, add 2 cups of Chex mix, 2 cups of popcorn, 2 cups of gluten-free pretzels, and 1/2 cup of dry roasted peanuts. Mix thoroughly to create a delightful base.
- Using your preferred method, melt 9 oz of white chocolate along with 1 tablespoon of coconut oil until smooth and glossy. Be careful not to burn the chocolate!
- Pour the melted white chocolate over your dry mix and gently stir until all pieces are coated.
- Fold in your Christmas sprinkles or any other fun add-ins.
- Spread the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet. Chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes until set.
- Once set, break the Gluten Free Reindeer Chow into pieces and serve. Enjoy!
