How to Make Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat for 5 to 7 minutes, stirring occasionally. Drain the excess fat.
  3. Sauté the minced garlic and dried Italian seasoning in the skillet for 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese off the heat until it melts and combines smoothly with the beef mixture.
  5. Separate the biscuit dough into individual pieces. Place about 1 tablespoon of the beef mixture in the center of each piece and fold the dough tightly around it.
  6. Brush the tops of each pouch with melted butter. Arrange them on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 15 to 20 minutes until golden brown.
