How to Make Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs
- Preheat your oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat for 5 to 7 minutes, stirring occasionally. Drain the excess fat.
- Sauté the minced garlic and dried Italian seasoning in the skillet for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese off the heat until it melts and combines smoothly with the beef mixture.
- Separate the biscuit dough into individual pieces. Place about 1 tablespoon of the beef mixture in the center of each piece and fold the dough tightly around it.
- Brush the tops of each pouch with melted butter. Arrange them on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 15 to 20 minutes until golden brown.
