Cooking Instructions
- Begin by cooking the shell pasta according to the package instructions. Drain well and set aside, but reserve a bit of pasta water for later use.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the seasoned steak cubes and cook for about 4-5 minutes until browned and cooked to your liking. Remove the steak bites from the pan and set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt the butter and add the minced garlic. Sauté for 1-2 minutes until aromatic. Then, add the fresh thyme leaves and stir.
- Lower the heat and add the cooked pasta to the skillet. Pour in the heavy cream and sprinkle the Parmesan cheese over. Stir until the pasta is well-coated. Add reserved pasta water if the sauce is too thick.
- Return the steak bites to the skillet, tossing them with the pasta and sauce until combined. Sprinkle fresh parsley and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.
