Cooking Instructions
  1. Begin by cooking the shell pasta according to the package instructions. Drain well and set aside, but reserve a bit of pasta water for later use.
  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the seasoned steak cubes and cook for about 4-5 minutes until browned and cooked to your liking. Remove the steak bites from the pan and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, melt the butter and add the minced garlic. Sauté for 1-2 minutes until aromatic. Then, add the fresh thyme leaves and stir.
  4. Lower the heat and add the cooked pasta to the skillet. Pour in the heavy cream and sprinkle the Parmesan cheese over. Stir until the pasta is well-coated. Add reserved pasta water if the sauce is too thick.
  5. Return the steak bites to the skillet, tossing them with the pasta and sauce until combined. Sprinkle fresh parsley and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Plate up your Garlic Butter Steak Bites & Shell Pasta and enjoy!
