Garlic Butter
  • 1 stick Unsalted butter melted
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Dried parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper
Roll-Ups
  • 4 large Flour tortillas
  • 8 slices Bacon crumbled
  • 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup Chopped fresh chives optional

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, dried parsley, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until smooth, and set aside.
  2. Preheat your oven to 190°C (375°F).
  3. Lay out the large flour tortillas on a flat surface.
  4. Generously brush each tortilla with the garlic butter mixture.
  5. Evenly sprinkle the crumbled bacon, followed by cheddar and mozzarella cheeses over each tortilla.
  6. Starting from one end, tightly roll each tortilla into a spiral.
  7. Place the rolled tortillas seam-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  8. Brush the tops of the roll-ups with any remaining garlic butter.
  9. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
  10. Let cool for a few minutes, then slice into bite-sized pieces.
  11. Arrange on a serving platter and serve warm.
