Preparation
- In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, dried parsley, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until smooth, and set aside.
- Preheat your oven to 190°C (375°F).
- Lay out the large flour tortillas on a flat surface.
- Generously brush each tortilla with the garlic butter mixture.
- Evenly sprinkle the crumbled bacon, followed by cheddar and mozzarella cheeses over each tortilla.
- Starting from one end, tightly roll each tortilla into a spiral.
- Place the rolled tortillas seam-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush the tops of the roll-ups with any remaining garlic butter.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
- Let cool for a few minutes, then slice into bite-sized pieces.
- Arrange on a serving platter and serve warm.
