How to Make Garlic Butter Bacon Cheeseburger
- In a small bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, dried parsley, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until smooth and set aside.
- Preheat your oven to 190°C (375°F).
- Lay out the large flour tortillas on a flat surface.
- Brush each tortilla generously with the garlic butter mixture.
- Sprinkle crumbled bacon over each tortilla, followed by cheddar and mozzarella cheeses. Optional: sprinkle with chopped chives.
- Starting from one end, tightly roll each tortilla into a spiral.
- Place rolled tortillas seam-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush the tops of the roll-ups with any remaining garlic butter.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from the oven, let cool for a few minutes, then slice into bite-sized pieces.
- Serve immediately while still warm.
