  • 4 large Flour tortillas the perfect wrap
  • 8 slices Bacon crumbled

  • 1 cup Shredded mozzarella cheese adds gooey texture
  • 1/4 cup Chopped fresh chives optional, for freshness

How to Make Garlic Butter Bacon Cheeseburger
  1. In a small bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, dried parsley, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until smooth and set aside.
  2. Preheat your oven to 190°C (375°F).
  3. Lay out the large flour tortillas on a flat surface.
  4. Brush each tortilla generously with the garlic butter mixture.
  5. Sprinkle crumbled bacon over each tortilla, followed by cheddar and mozzarella cheeses. Optional: sprinkle with chopped chives.
  6. Starting from one end, tightly roll each tortilla into a spiral.
  7. Place rolled tortillas seam-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  8. Brush the tops of the roll-ups with any remaining garlic butter.
  9. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
  10. Remove from the oven, let cool for a few minutes, then slice into bite-sized pieces.
  11. Serve immediately while still warm.
