  • 2-3 cloves Fresh Garlic Mince for bold flavor
  • 1-2 tablespoons Lemon Juice Adds refreshing zing
For the Emulsion
  • 1/4 cup Olive Oil Extra virgin is preferred
  • Salt Season to taste
  • Black Pepper A dash for seasoning

Method
 

How to Make Garlic Aioli
  1. Peel and mince 2-3 cloves of fresh garlic.
  2. In a small mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of mayonnaise, minced garlic, 1-2 tablespoons of lemon juice, and season with salt and pepper.
  3. While whisking continuously, slowly drizzle in 1/4 cup of olive oil until emulsified.
  4. Taste and adjust seasoning with salt, pepper, or lemon juice.
  5. Fold in finely chopped fresh herbs if desired.
  6. Transfer to an airtight container and chill for at least 30 minutes.
