Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Boil the Eggs: Place the eggs in a saucepan and cover them with water. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Once boiling, cover the pan, remove from heat, and let sit for 10-12 minutes. Drain and transfer to an ice bath to cool. Peel and set aside.
  2. Cook the Sausage: In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter. Add the sliced sausage and cook for 5-6 minutes until browned and slightly crispy.
  3. Sauté the Garlic and Spices: Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for about a minute until fragrant. Stir in Cajun seasoning, Old Bay, paprika, black pepper, and salt. Cook for another minute.
  4. Combine with Eggs: Add the peeled boiled eggs to the skillet and gently stir to coat in the sauce. Simmer for 2-3 minutes. If desired, add chicken broth or water for a thinner sauce.
  5. Adjust Seasoning: Taste and adjust seasoning. Simmer for a few more minutes.
  6. Garnish and Serve: Garnish with chopped fresh parsley if desired and serve warm.
