How to Make Delicious Jalapeno Popper Twists
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, shredded sharp cheddar, sliced jalapenos, and garlic powder. Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Roll out your thawed puff pastry on a floured surface until it reaches about 1/4 inch thick. Cut into strips approximately 2 inches wide.
- Spoon a generous amount of the cheesy filling onto one half of each pastry strip. Fold and twist each strip gently.
- Arrange the twisted bites on your prepared baking sheet and lightly brush the tops with egg wash.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
