  • 32 ounces dry roasted peanuts add that perfect crunch and salty contrast
  • 24 ounces almond bark chopped; binds everything together beautifully
  • 10 ounces milk chocolate chips creates a smooth, sweet layer
  • 10 ounces dark chocolate chips enhances the overall taste

Method
 

Making the Candy
  1. Pour all the dry roasted peanuts into the bottom of the crockpot, spreading them evenly.
  2. Add the milk chocolate chips, dark chocolate chips, and chopped almond bark on top of the peanuts.
  3. Cover the top of the crockpot with a kitchen towel.
  4. Set the crockpot to low and cook for 1 ½ hours.
  5. Stir the entire pot after 1 ½ hours when it’s time to switch to 'warm'.
  6. Spoon the melted candy onto parchment paper.
  7. Sprinkle Christmas sprinkles on each candy as you pause after every 20 candies.
  8. Let sit for 2 hours to harden.
