  • 1 tsp Red chili flakes
  • 1 tbsp Sesame seeds for nutty crunch
  • a pinch Salt to balance sweetness
For Garnish
  • 1 tbsp Fresh thyme or parsley for garnish
  • 1/4 cup Pomegranate seeds optional, for color

How to Make Crispy Fried Goat Cheese Rolls
  1. In a bowl, combine creamy goat cheese, lemon zest, parsley, salt, and pepper. Blend well until creamy and smooth.
  2. Lay out one phyllo sheet or spring roll wrapper on a clean surface, then lightly brush it with olive oil or melted butter.
  3. Place about 1 tablespoon of your cheese filling at one end of the wrapper. Fold in the sides and roll it up tightly, sealing with a small amount of water or egg wash.
  4. Continue with the remaining wrappers and filling until all are crafted into delightful rolls.
  5. Heat a generous amount of oil in a pan over medium heat. Fry the rolls until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  6. Transfer the cooked rolls onto a plate lined with paper towels to absorb excess oil.
