Ingredients
  

Filling
  • 8 oz Cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup Dried cranberries chopped
  • 1/2 cup Pecans chopped
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch Salt to taste
Dates
  • 12 pieces Medjool dates pitted

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix together the softened cream cheese, chopped cranberries, chopped pecans, honey, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt in a medium bowl.
  3. Slice each pitted date lengthwise to create a small pocket.
  4. Stuff each date generously with the cream cheese mixture using a small spoon or piping bag.
  5. Arrange the stuffed dates on your prepared baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 10–12 minutes until the dates are warm and the cream cheese is slightly softened.
  7. Cool for a few minutes before serving.
