How to Make Cranberry Orange Fudge
- Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper, letting the edges hang over. Lightly grease it with cooking spray or butter.
- In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine the white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter. Stir continuously until melted and smooth, about 5-7 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract, orange zest, and orange juice.
- Gently fold in the dried cranberries and any chopped nuts until evenly mixed throughout the fudge.
- Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared baking dish and smooth the top with a spatula.
- Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set.
- Lift the fudge out of the dish using the parchment overhang. Cut into squares or bars and serve chilled or at room temperature.

Notes
Use high-quality white chocolate chips for best results. Allowing the fudge to chill for at least two hours is essential for proper setting.
