  • 1/2 cup Cranberry hot pepper jelly for topping
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper
For the Cups
  • 12 pcs Mini phyllo cups
For the Garnish
  • 2 tbsp Chopped fresh chives

Method
 

Steps
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the softened cream cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a medium bowl.

  4. Top each filled cup with about 1 teaspoon of cranberry hot pepper jelly.
  5. Sprinkle fresh chopped chives on top.
