How to Make Church Lady Butter Toffee Pretzels
  1. Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C) and prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper.
  2. Spread the mini pretzel twists evenly on the lined baking sheet.
  3. Combine in a medium saucepan over medium heat the light brown sugar, salted butter, and light corn syrup. Stir until it comes to a boil.
  4. Boil the mixture for 3–4 minutes without stirring.
  5. Pour the hot toffee mixture evenly over the pretzels.
  6. Toss the pretzels gently using a spatula to coat them thoroughly with the toffee.

  9. Break apart any clusters into bite-sized pieces once they’re completely cooled.
