How to Make Church Lady Butter Toffee Pretzels
- Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C) and prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper.
- Spread the mini pretzel twists evenly on the lined baking sheet.
- Combine in a medium saucepan over medium heat the light brown sugar, salted butter, and light corn syrup. Stir until it comes to a boil.
- Boil the mixture for 3–4 minutes without stirring.
- Pour the hot toffee mixture evenly over the pretzels.
- Toss the pretzels gently using a spatula to coat them thoroughly with the toffee.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10–15 minutes, stirring halfway through.
- Cool the pretzels on the baking sheet completely.
- Break apart any clusters into bite-sized pieces once they’re completely cooled.
