  • 6 large Flour tortillas
  • 1/4 cup Unsalted butter melted
For the Cinnamon Sugar Mixture
  • 1/2 cup Granulated sugar
  • 2 teaspoons Ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract optional
  • a pinch Ground nutmeg optional

Method
 

Steps to Prepare
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a small bowl, combine granulated sugar, ground cinnamon, and optional nutmeg. Stir until well-blended.
  3. Generously brush both sides of each flour tortilla with melted butter.
  4. Evenly sprinkle your cinnamon sugar mixture over both sides of the buttered tortillas.
  5. Slice the tortillas into triangles or strips and arrange them in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
  7. Allow the crisps to cool completely on a wire rack.
