How to Make Christmas Cherry Bombs
  1. In a medium bowl, mix softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. Gently incorporate the drained maraschino cherries into the mixture.
  3. Form the mixture into bite-sized balls and freeze on a parchment-lined baking sheet for 30 minutes.
  4. Melt the white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
  5. Dip each cherry ball into the melted white chocolate, then roll them in the crushed graham crackers and chopped pecans.
  6. Place back on the tray and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
