Taco Filling
  • 1 lb Ground beef
  • 1 packet Taco seasoning
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese hand-shredded
Biscuit Shells
  • 1 can Canned biscuit dough
For Serving
  • 1/2 cup Sour cream
  • 1 cup Diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup Shredded lettuce

Method
 

How to Make Cheesy Taco Cups Snack Bake
  1. Preheat your oven to 190°C (375°F) and grease a muffin tin.
  2. Separate the biscuits and split each one horizontally, then press into the muffin tin.
  3. Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned.
  4. Add taco seasoning and the required water, mix well and let it simmer.
  5. Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese until melted.
  6. Spoon the beef and cheese mixture into the biscuit cups.
  7. Bake for about 15 minutes until gold brown.
  8. Let cool slightly before removing from the muffin tin.
  9. Top with sour cream, diced tomatoes, and shredded lettuce before serving.

Notes
