How to Make Cheesy Taco Cups Snack Bake
- Preheat your oven to 190°C (375°F) and grease a muffin tin.
- Separate the biscuits and split each one horizontally, then press into the muffin tin.
- Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned.
- Add taco seasoning and the required water, mix well and let it simmer.
- Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese until melted.
- Spoon the beef and cheese mixture into the biscuit cups.
- Bake for about 15 minutes until gold brown.
- Let cool slightly before removing from the muffin tin.
- Top with sour cream, diced tomatoes, and shredded lettuce before serving.
