How to Make Carrot Cake Banana Bread
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease or line a 9×5 inch loaf pan.
  2. Combine all the dry ingredients (flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg) in a large bowl.
  3. Whisk together all the liquid ingredients including mashed bananas, grated carrot, oil, milk, vanilla extract, and maple syrup until smooth.
