  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing or yogurt-based for lighter option
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
Cheesy Layer
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Sliders
  • 12 pieces slider buns Hawaiian rolls or soft dinner rolls
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 1 tsp garlic powder or fresh garlic
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley optional

How to Make Buffalo Chicken Pizza Dip Sliders
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F. Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the shredded chicken with Buffalo wing sauce, cream cheese, ranch dressing, and sour cream until well combined.
  3. Fold in half of the mozzarella and half of the cheddar cheese into the chicken mixture.
  4. Slice the slider buns horizontally and place the bottom halves in the greased baking dish.
  5. Spread the Buffalo chicken dip mixture evenly over the bun bottoms.
  6. Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella and cheddar cheese over the chicken mixture.
  7. Place the top halves of the buns over the cheese layer.
  8. Mix the melted butter with garlic powder and brush it over the tops of the buns.
  9. Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 15 minutes.
  10. Remove the foil and continue baking for an additional 8-10 minutes until cheese is bubbly and tops are golden brown.
  11. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired. Slice and serve warm.
