How to Make Buffalo Chicken Grilled Cheese
- Cook your chicken until it’s no longer pink and easily shreds.
- Combine the shredded chicken, Frank’s RedHot sauce, melted butter, softened cream cheese (if using), garlic powder, and black pepper in a medium bowl.
- Butter one side of each of your 8 slices of bread.
- Layer 4 of the bread slices, unbuttered side up, with a slice of cheese on each.
- Spoon the Buffalo chicken mixture evenly among the cheese-topped bread slices.
- Drizzle ranch or blue cheese dressing over the chicken mixture if desired.
- Cover with the remaining 4 slices of bread, buttered-side up.
- Grill the sandwiches in a large non-stick skillet over medium-low heat for 3-5 minutes per side.
- Serve immediately, slicing the sandwiches diagonally for that perfect presentation.
