  • 1 loaf sourdough bread or baguette
For the Toppings
  • 8 oz Brie cheese sliced
  • 4 oz prosciutto crispy, chopped
  • 1/2 cup roasted and salted pistachios crushed
  • 2 tbsp hot honey for drizzling
  • 1 tsp fresh or dried thyme
  • 1 pinch sea salt

How to Make Brie Cheese Bread
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F. Arrange prosciutto slices into nests on a baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes until crispy and golden.
  2. Prepare your baking sheet with parchment paper or foil, then place half of the sourdough loaf in the center. Slice and arrange the Brie cheese over the bread.
  3. Chop the cooled prosciutto into small pieces while the bread bakes.
  4. Bake the prepared bread for 10-12 minutes until the Brie is completely melted.
  5. Drizzle the bread with hot honey, then top with chopped prosciutto, crushed pistachios, thyme, and a sprinkle of sea salt.
