Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment or lightly grease a muffin tin.
  2. Whisk together the Greek yogurt and eggs in a large mixing bowl until smooth.
  3. Add the all-purpose flour, ground flaxseed, baking powder, salt, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes to the wet mixture. Gently mix until just combined.
  4. Fold in your choice of fillings: ham, cheddar cheese, chives, and spinach or sausage, sun-dried tomatoes, feta, and basil.
  5. Scoop approximately 1/3 cup of dough per biscuit onto your prepared baking sheet or muffin tin and leave space for rising.
  6. Sprinkle the reserved cheese or feta over the tops of the biscuits. Bake for 25 minutes, until golden brown.
  7. Allow biscuits to cool for about 10 minutes before serving or storing.
