Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 175°C. While it warms up, grab your favorite baking dish (23 x 33 cm) and grease it with non-stick spray.
- Whisk together the eggs, whole milk, heavy cream, granulated sugar, 110 g brown sugar, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and nutmeg in a large mixing bowl.
- Toss the cubed French bread into the egg mixture, ensuring each piece gets thoroughly coated. Let the bread soak for about 10 minutes.
- Layer half of the soaked bread mixture into your prepared baking dish. Then, scatter half of the cream cheese cubes and fresh blueberries evenly on top.
- Repeat the process with the remaining bread mixture, followed by the remaining cream cheese and blueberries.
- Bake the dish in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until puffed and golden brown.
Serving
- Serve with a sprinkle of powdered sugar or drizzle of maple syrup for enhanced flavor.

Notes
Ensure your bread is stale or slightly dried out for the best texture. Don't overbake; check for doneness when it's puffed and golden.
